Insurance and service fee:
Blue Cross Blue Shield and most insurances are accepted. UPHP Medicaid is the only Medicaid accepted. Medicare is accepted only with a supplemental, unless you are willing to pay the co-pay. Please know your co-pay and where you stand with your deductible. If you do not know your co-pay or deductible, call your insurance company and inquire about your mental health/substance abuse benefit. You may need to give them my name and location so they can identify me as a provider. Most employer group insurance policies over 50 employees cover mental health and substance outpatient services. Individual policies usually limit mental health, substance abuse outpatient benefits. Private pay is also accepted. Visa and Master card credit and debit are accepted.
